How to read this

Each month the SEC republishes its list of registered advisers with every firm’s latest Form ADV answers. We compare it with the previous month’s list and show the firms whose filing changed. Most firms update their assets once a year, in an annual amendment filed within 90 days of their fiscal year-end, so a jump here can reflect a full year of market gains, new clients and acquisitions at once. “New to the list” includes firms that crossed $1 billion, newly registered with the SEC or newly meet our independent-wealth-manager test. Same field and method as The Largest RIAs.
