Savvy Wealth brings pre-IPO private markets deals to its advisors through Allocate

Savvy Wealth has built a proprietary private markets program with Allocate, starting with venture and growth managers and open to qualified-purchaser clients.

Moves

WealthManagement.com reported on October 29, 2026 that Savvy Wealth has launched a proprietary private markets program for advisors on its platform, and that the firm tapped Allocate to help develop it. The report said Savvy had teased the program earlier in the year. InvestmentNews covered the same launch the same day, describing the program as a way for qualified-purchaser clients to access venture and growth equity managers, and describing Savvy as an AI-native RIA.

Savvy's announcement, distributed through Business Wire on the same date, says the program is multi-vintage and starts with venture and growth managers. According to the release, advisors can route qualified-purchaser clients into pre-IPO investments with one commitment. The release anticipates later vintages extending into private equity, income-focused approaches and infrastructure.

Per the release, Savvy's investment team oversees the research and vetting that determines which managers are picked. Subscription, reporting and tax documents are consolidated for advisors. Savvy chose Allocate to help build the program, and the two firms will share manager selection and portfolio construction. Chief Investment Officer Anshul Sharma is quoted in the release.

The release sizes Allocate at $5.8 billion in platform assets and says it serves over 400 advisory firms. Allocate's own About page gives a higher count, listing more than 430 wealth advisory firms and more than 1,500 fund manager relationships, along with $5.7 billion-plus in assets as of October 15, 2026. Allocate presents its own role as an operating layer for private markets serving wealth advisers and fund managers. Yespress reported that Allocate was founded in 2021 by Samir Kaji and Hana Yang, both former venture bankers. Allocate's About page lists Kaji as co-founder, CEO and president, and Hana Yang as co-founder and chief experience officer. In August 2026, Allocate said it had raised more than $75 million in total capital.

Savvy describes itself as an AI-native RIA for independent advisors. Its About page says the firm was founded in 2021 and launched its RIA shortly afterward, and that it is headquartered in New York. The parent, Savvy Wealth, Inc., is the technology company. The SEC-registered adviser is Savvy Advisors, Inc., whose Form ADV Part 2A brochure, dated April 5, 2024, lists a New York office and a Bellingham, Washington office. Savvy's website says it surpassed $8 billion in assets under management as of July 2026 and supports more than 100 advisors. WealthManagement reported in June 2026 that Savvy had 135 advisors, and the sources do not reconcile that count with the website figure.

Savvy announced a $72 million Series B led by Industry Ventures in July 2025, and former LPL CEO Mark Casady invested and joined the board, according to the company's announcement at the time. The About page says Savvy has raised more than $100 million in total and is privately held, led by founder and CEO Ritik Malhotra. Investors listed on the page include Thrive Capital, Industry Ventures, Index Ventures and Vestigo Ventures.

The private markets program follows a series of related moves. WealthManagement reported on June 12, 2026 that Savvy's CIO was working on an alternatives offering, likely focused on private markets, with curated options for advisors. The same report said Savvy Total Portfolio, the firm's investment strategy, had launched for advisors in January 2026, and that Dynasty Financial Partners had made Allocate a preferred private markets provider for its advisors. Allocate separately announced a partnership with VanEck on July 29, 2026 to expand wealth-channel access to private markets. Savvy launched Savvy Wealth Investment Management, a proprietary program that included private investments, on January 30, 2024.

Savvy's custody arrangements were announced separately. On September 28, 2026, the firm announced the launch of a custodial platform, according to a corrected Business Wire release. Savvy Wealth Management LLC is a registered introducing broker-dealer and FINRA/SIPC member, and it introduces accounts to National Financial Services LLC, an unaffiliated clearing broker-dealer and custodian.

The release points to future vintages as the next step, with private equity, income-oriented strategies and infrastructure named as expected areas. The sources do not give a launch date for those vintages, the program's size or minimums, or the number of advisors expected to participate. Those details will determine how far the program reaches beyond the venture and growth managers it starts with.
