WealthManagement.com reported on October 19 that Jump, a provider of artificial intelligence tools for advisors and financial services professionals, has integrated with FMG Suite. According to a Business Wire release from Jump dated the same day, the link is built through FMG Connect and is aimed at the work advisors do after a client meeting. WealthManagement.com also walked through a scenario: when a client brings up retirement income during a sit-down, Jump might present an FMG learning piece on that subject.
The companies say the workflow surfaces FMG content that has already been compliance-approved, based on what was discussed in a client conversation, so advisors can review it and decide whether to use it. The companies also state that the adviser stays in charge of what goes out, judging whether a given item suits the client and choosing whether to forward it. Michelle Feinstein, FMG's chief product and strategy officer, said that pairing FMG material with Jump's input about the conversation lets advisors locate suitable items quickly as they happen. Parker Ence, who is Jump's CEO and a co-founder, said the tie-up should make it easier for advisors to locate content their firm has signed off on, matched to the topics clients genuinely raised.
Jump was one of seven early-access partners developing integrations for FMG Connect, according to the Business Wire release. An FMG pre-launch notice said partner integrations would become available as each one completed development, and that there is no additional FMG integration fee. WealthSolutionsReport, in a trade report, said FMG anticipates that features from the first partners will be available to customers it shares with them within the next few months. The sources reviewed do not state whether the Jump integration is live or what it costs an advisor firm.
FMG Connect launched on September 9, 2026, with an initial group of partners that included Zocks, Jump, Aidentified, Wealthfeed, Tax Status, Asset-Map and GReminders, according to an FMG press release. Trade coverage of that launch said FMG Connect can trigger follow-up when a meeting ends, start outreach when a prospect enters the system and sync client context. Financial Advisor magazine described the product as a technology overlay that brings advisor tools, data and workflows together. FMG Suite was founded in San Diego in 2011, according to its LinkedIn company page. A Robert W. Baird deal card reports that GTCR agreed in July 2025 to acquire FMG Suite from Aurora Capital Partners, and Pulse 2.0 reports that GTCR has completed the acquisition, though the sources reviewed do not give a completion date.
Jump's own background is also set out in the sources. Crunchbase lists its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and names Adam Kirk, Parker Ence and Tim Chaves as co-founders. A Wealth Management report on its Series B says Ence is CEO, Tim Chaves is COO and Adam Kirk is CTO. Yahoo Finance reported an $80 million Series B led by Insight Partners, announced February 19, 2026. Finovate reported that the round brought Jump's total capital raised to $105 million, following a $20 million Series A led by Battery Ventures in 2025. Jump's About page cites more than 45,000 advisors, a company figure that has not been audited. FMG says in its rebrand release that it serves more than 40,000 financial advisors and insurance agents, while Baird's deal card cites over 38,000 advisors and over 3,500 insurance professionals.
Jump has also been expanding its product set. InvestmentNews reported that its latest launch added account opening and compliant scheduling pages and support for the Model Context Protocol. Separately, WealthManagement.com reported a partnership under which XYPN members receive reduced pricing on Jump's Meet, Onboard and Grow products. The FMG integration will be watched for whether it reaches advisors in practice, and for how it fits alongside other AI notetaking and meeting tools that advisors already use, including Zocks, which InvestmentNews cited as having the second-largest reach among such platforms in the latest T3 software survey.
